HUMBLE started with a simple suspicion: the work gets better when the people making it can stay close to the reason it exists.

Co-founding it changed the shape of the work. The brief still mattered, but so did the people, the payroll, the hiring, the client responsibility and the delivery. Decisions that once felt theoretical became daily and visible.

Being a business owner made me less interested in the performance of creative leadership and more interested in whether an idea could survive contact with the people who had to make it, fund it and live with it.
